The stories are written by a person. One person, at the moment. Nothing here is generated, and if that ever changes, this line changes with it — before the episode, not after.

Machine-voiced
The voices are synthesized. We say so on the front page rather than let you find out, because a voice that pretends to be a person is a different product than the one we are making.
Every word accounted for
The full text of every released episode is on this site, free, and it is the same text the audio was read from. Not a summary, not a transcript made afterwards. If a word is in the recording, it is on the page.
What the build refuses
- No third-party anything
- No trackers, no analytics scripts, no embedded players, no fonts fetched from someone else's server. Not a policy — a build rule: a page that requests another domain does not get published.
- Nothing heavy is hosted here
- Video lives on YouTube, audio on the podcast platforms, and the links open in a new tab and say where they go. What lives here is text and a few images, which is why pages weigh single-digit kilobytes.
- The letter is the only thing we ask for
- One address, confirmed twice, used for one thing: the text of the next episode. It is not sold, not shared, and not used to reach you about anything else.
- Addresses do not change
- Once an episode is published its address is fixed for good, and the build refuses to change it. A link you save today keeps working.
Write to the house
There is no address printed here on purpose: a published address is harvested within weeks. This goes to the same place.
